ABA Behavior Technician (BT) - New Milford, CT

Achievement Behavior Services is a boutique, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy agency dedicated to supporting children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families. Since 2015, our team of BCBAs and LCSWs has provided individualized, compassionate care designed to help learners grow in communication, independence, adaptability, and confidence.

We are currently seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to provide 1:1 ABA services to a student in a part-time, consistent weekly case.

Available Schedule:

13 yo Male

• Monday: 04:30 PM - 06:30 PM

  Tuesday - Wednesday, Friday: 03:30 PM - 05:30 PM

  Saturday: 11:00 AM - 01:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services

• Implement treatment goals designed by the supervising BCBA

• Track session data and complete notes accurately

• Build positive rapport with the client and family

• Maintain professionalism and reliability throughout services

Requirements:

• Experience working with children preferred

• ABA experience is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable transportation

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
