Duties will include scheduling, ordering materials, managing field crews, job completion walkthroughs and maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- 4 years roofing experience and 3 years managing foam roofing installations
- Experience with ServiceTitan CRM is a huge plus
- Proven safety record and knowledge of OSHA standards
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Prior military service in a construction or engineering related MOS.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with Arizona’s local building codes and regulations.
