This role supports practices in Worthington Hills, Canal Winchester, Upper Arlington, and Grove City, based on team and patient care needs. If you're passionate about building strong patient relationships, love variety in your workday, and want to be part of a close-knit, collaborative team-this role is for you!Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatmentsEvaluate oral health, take digital X-rays, and collaborate with dentists on treatment plansEducate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive careMaintain infection control protocols through sterilization and operatory turnoverAccurately document patient records and treatment plans in dental softwareProvide compassionate, patient-centered care in every interactionTravel to designated locations as scheduled based on office coverage needsQualificationsActive Ohio Dental Hygiene LicenseLocal anesthesia and nitrous oxide certification preferredProficiency with digital radiography and dental technologyStrong interpersonal and communication skillsFlexibility and adaptability to work in different clinical environmentsPrior experience with dental software is a plusMust have reliable transportation and willingness to travel across Columbus-area officesMagnolia Dental is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
