Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations and sales performance of the Frederick office.

Mentor and guide staff members to help them develop their professional skills and reach their goals.

Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with local business owners and families in our community.

Analyze current market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and client protection.

Ensure all policy recommendations meet our high standards for coverage and integrity.

Collaborate with the ownership team to refine agency strategies and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

Active Maryland Property Casualty insurance license.

Proven track record of managing insurance portfolios and achieving sales targets.

Advanced understanding of commercial and personal lines coverage.

Demonstrated ability to mentor others and lead a small group.

Exceptional public speaking and community networking skills.

Proficiency in industry-standard quoting software and agency management systems.
