Registered Behavior Technician I (RBT I)

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals from diverse backgrounds to provide personalized 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children (ages 2-11) in a supportive environment. At Early Autism Services, we provide the training needed to build your career and grow your skills as an RBT. You will work under the supervision of and receive guidance from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), supervisors, and mentors. Therapy sessions may take place in various settings, mostly in clinics, but on occasion could be at a client’s home or other community-based setting. This dynamic role requires both physical and mental energy, offering interactive and engaging experiences with your clients. What You’ll Do

%CF; Provide fun, engaging 1:1 therapy with kids

%CF; Follow treatment plans created by our BCBAs

%CF; Track progress through simple data collection

%CF; Support children in clinic settings (sometimes in homes or the community)

%CF; Communicate with families and your team

%CF; Attend ongoing training and supervision

This role is active and hands-on. Expect movement, play, and plenty of interaction!

What You Need

%CF; RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)

%CF; High school diploma or GED

%CF; Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

%CF; Ability to pass a background check

%CF; Authorized to work in the U.S.

%CF; Age 18+

Physical Requirements

Ability to walk, run, sit, kneel, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs as part of interactive sessions with children.
