AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns
• Explain recommended services, costs, and timelines clearly
• Work with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time
• Keep customers updated on repair status
• Prepare and review service orders for accuracy
• Recommend additional services when appropriate
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
