While upholding the Easton core values and policies, the Product Development Engineer supports the design, development, validation, and continuous improvement of Easton archery products. Easton arrows have won every Olympic archery competition since the sport's inclusion in the Games, and this role contributes to continuing that legacy.Easton is seeking a Product Development Engineer with strong technical fundamentals and a passion for archery. The ideal candidate understands archery equipment, competitive performance, and the shooter experience. Working closely with the product development team, this role helps shape the Easton product line while supporting new product development from concept through production.This position collaborates with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to design, test, and improve products.
