Charge Capture Associate (Outpatient) (Contract)Location: California 93405
Pay: $587 – $675/week
Schedule: Evening Shift, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM (8-hour shifts)
Hours: 5 x 8s (typically Monday–Friday; occasional weekends as needed)
Position Summary & Responsibilities
Accurately enter outpatient charges into billing systems
Review and reconcile charge data, encounter forms, and reports for accuracy
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to obtain billable information
Analyze and resolve charge discrepancies and system edits
Support audits and revenue cycle processes to improve billing accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Healthcare charge entry or billing experience preferred
Strong data entry, attention to detail, and analytical skills
