Responsibilities:

• Greet patients, families, and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner

• Answer and direct phone calls, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly

• Manage patient registration, scheduling, and insurance verification

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and files

• Provide general administrative support to the healthcare team

• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-maintained

• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of patient care

Requirements:

• 1 years of experience in a healthcare or administrative setting (training provided)

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

• Understanding that this is a temporary position.
