Required experience & education:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
- 5+ years of hands-on experience designing switching power supplies, LED drivers, or similar power electronics products
- Strong hands-on experience using Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB layout
- Project/product management experience
- Experience debugging hardware at the circuit level independently.
Preferred experience:
- Embedded firmware experience (C, Python, or similar)
- Experience with industrial LED lighting products or three-phase power systems
- Experience with EMC testing methodologies
