Job Title: Year-Round Landscaping and Snow Crew Member
Location: Eden Prairie (Twin Cities Metro Area)
Compensation: $20 to $30 an hour.

We are a premier property maintenance company in the Twin Cities area, and we are actively expanding our field operations. We are looking for dedicated crew members who want consistent, year-round work. We are building a strong core team and want individuals who take pride in their outdoor work across all seasons.

Core Responsibilities:

• You will perform winter maintenance tasks including shoveling snow and plowing.
• You will transition to full landscaping operations during the spring and summer months.
• You will work alongside our existing field team to ensure all client properties are maintained to high standards year-round.

Candidate Qualifications:

• You must have prior experience working in landscaping.
• You must be prepared and willing to handle winter weather conditions for snow removal operations.
