Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Giving Growth Therapy

At Giving Growth Therapy, we are dedicated to helping children and families thrive through compassionate, evidence-based care. We’re seeking Registered Behavior Technicians(RBT)’s who are passionate about making a difference and growing in their careers.

Responsibilities:

%CF; Provide 1:1 support to children in home, school, and community settings.

%CF; Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

%CF; Collect accurate data and track progress.

%CF; Communicate with families and supervisors on learner progress.

%CF; Participate in training and maintain RBT certification.

%CF; Work directly within CentralReach for session notes and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

%CF; RBT certification

%CF; CPR certification

%CF; Passion for working with children; experience with autism a plus.

%CF; Reliable transportation and clean driving record.

%CF; Experience with CentralReach is a plus
