This is a strong fit for an early-career paid media professional who is detail-oriented, analytical, and excited to be a part of the fast-paced world of politics. You’ll work closely with senior media team members to help build, launch, monitor, and report on campaigns while developing hands-on experience across platforms, audiences, creative trafficking, pacing, and performance analysis. There are a number of growth opportunities for a self-starter with a pronounced work ethic and considerable curiosity.
What You’ll Do:
%CF; Assist with campaign setup, launch, trafficking, and day-to-day maintenance across social, search, and programmatic platforms
%CF; Monitor campaign pacing and performance, flagging issues and opportunities for optimization
%CF; Implement optimizations under the guidance of senior media team members
%CF; Pull platform performance reports and help translate data into clear insights for external partners
%CF; Support the development of media plans, audience targeting recommendations, and platform-level execution strategies
%CF; Coordinate ad creative assets, copy updates, tracking links, and trafficking requirements
%CF; Assist with tagging, conversion tracking, QA, and campaign launch checks
%CF; Help build clear, client-ready reporting materials and performance summaries
%CF; Work across multiple concurrent campaigns while keeping details organized and deadlines on track
%CF; Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed accurately, efficiently, and on time
What We’re Looking For:
%CF; 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, campaign advertising, or a related field
%CF; Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and/or programmatic DSPs such as The Trade Desk or DV360
%CF; Strong attention to detail and comfort working with campaign data, spreadsheets, and reporting outputs
%CF; Basic understanding of digital advertising metrics, pacing, optimization, and performance reporting
%CF; Ability to learn quickly, apply feedback, and stay organized in a fast-moving environment
%CF; Strong written and verbal communication skills
%CF; Interest in political media, advocacy, public affairs, or campaign advertising
%CF; Experience with political campaigns, advocacy organizations, or agency environments is a plus
%CF; Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics/reporting tools is a plus
Perks of Working at AdVictory:
%CF; Flexible, open PTO policy
%CF; Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage
%CF; Commuter benefits and travel reimbursement, including rideshares for late work nights
%CF; Hands-on training in political digital advertising, campaign strategy, and media execution
%CF; Opportunity to grow quickly while working on high-profile, fast-moving political and advocacy
campaigns
%CF; Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 base
