Senior Product Designer

About the Opportunity

Own the end-to-end design of features millions use daily. From early explorations to polished refinements at scale, you'll collaborate with product, engineering, and design to scope, prototype, test, and ship across core product surfaces. You'll balance speed with craft—knowing when to iterate and when to ship and learn.

What You'll Do

• Own problem areas from concept to launch, producing flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity specs with an eye for usability and craft
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and designers to scope, design, prototype, test, and ship features across core product surfaces
• Define success criteria and ship features that move activation, retention, or conversion
• Create quick prototypes and run lean experiments, iterating based on data to drive measurable outcomes
• Partner tightly with engineering to ensure designs are feasible, performant, and maintainable
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design critiques to validate and refine solutions

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of end-to-end product design experience with a strong portfolio showing shipped work
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools; ability to produce clear specs and collaborate closely with engineering
• Metrics-minded approach with experience setting success criteria and shipping features that moved key product metrics
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail; understanding of design systems and judgment to balance craft with velocity
• Experience working in small, fast-paced teams where you owned projects from research through shipped UI
• Familiarity with modern productivity tools and ecosystems; understanding of how users actually work in these products
• Fluency with AI-powered design tools and workflows; actively keeping up with the evolving landscape

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $180,000–$260,000 USD
