Mechanic and Fleet Manager

Description:
We are seeking a reliable light duty mechanic to maintain and service our landscape equipment and company vehicles. This role includes routine maintenance light repairs and basic fleet management.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and light repairs on equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc)
• Service company vehicles (oil changes, brakes, basic diagnostics)
• Track maintenance schedules and ensure timely services
• Handle equipment and vehicle tag renewals, and documentation with office staff
• Keep records of repairs, parts, and service history
• Assist with organizing and managing fleet and equipment inventory

Requirements:

• Experience with small engine and light automotive repair
• Basic diagnostic and trouble shooting skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently

Preferred:

• Experience in landscaping or fleet environments
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs
