All Shifts Available: 7-3p, 3-11p, & 11-7a

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications
  • Active and unrestricted CNA certification

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Long-term care experience preferred but not required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused

  • Current BLS/CPR Certification (American Heart Association preferred)

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Complete Care at Brick, you will:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility

  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

  • Observe residents and communicate changes in condition to the nursing team

  • Complete accurate documentation and resident records

  • Promote resident dignity, independence, and emotional well-being

  • Follow all state, federal, and facility regulations

  • Partner with nurses and fellow caregivers to deliver outstanding care
