You'll play an important role in supporting our clients, assisting our agents, and helping the agency continue to grow.

Maintain accurate records and complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner.

Support the agency team with administrative tasks and client follow-ups.

Ensure compliance with agency and carrier standards.

Requirements

Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in basic computer applications and agency systems (training provided).

Prior customer service or insurance experience preferred, but not required.
