What you’ll be doing

%CF; Lead Product Design strategy across App and Web, partner with PMs to align with Roadmap.

%CF; Promote Design Thinking throughout the organization and help Product accelerate Design Sprints and prototyping.

%CF; Through both qualitative and quantitative analysis, keep the organization navigating by a North Star of the user’s Job To Be Done and the Design Thinking that will create a solution for that job.

%CF; Will do User Resear and customer journey mapping.

%CF; Collaborate with Product Directors, developers, marketers, and customer support throughout the Product process, including discovery, testing and scoping to drive successful launches and iterations.

What we’re looking for

%CF; 3-6 years of UX/Product Design experience, with a good portion designing for transactional/marketplace App and Web products.

%CF; Ability to make design decisions for a squad of product managers and engineers.

%CF; Strong experience creating design systems.

%CF; Deep knowledge of UX Research and customer journey mapping, and how to leverage these to formulate the Job To Be Done and craft elegant, intuitive experiences.

%CF; Demonstrated ability to communicate and partner well across, up and down the organization.

%CF; Familiarity with leading design sprints and prototyping.
