Pay: $24-$28 HOURLY

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Work Location: In-person, Henrico, Virginia, 23075

Position Summary

As an RBT on our team, you will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, communities, or schools to implement individualized treatment plans and help them achieve meaningful goals. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will collect data, provide feedback, and support clients in achieving their objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans

  • Collect accurate data during each session

  • Support clients in communication, social skills, daily living skills, and behavior goals

  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards

  • Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and caregivers

Qualifications

  • Active RBT certification

  • Experience working with children preferred

  • Reliable transportation

  • Ability to pass Virginia background checks

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
