Job Description
Pay: $38.00 - $40.00/hour.

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Monitor and maintain building automation systems (BAS/BMS)
- Conduct regular inspections of facility systems and identify potential issues
- Respond to service requests and troubleshoot equipment problems in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance
- Support energy efficiency initiatives and sustainability efforts
- Assist with emergency response and after-hours issues as needed
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe mechanical and work areas
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school preferred
- 3+ years of experience in building maintenance or engineering role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Experience with building automation systems preferred
- Relevant certifications (EPA, HVAC, or Journeyman license) a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills for work orders and reporting systems
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
