We’re excited to welcome both Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to our growing team! Whether you’re certified or just starting your ABA career, this is a supportive, engaging environment where you can grow your skills and make a lasting impact.

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home and community settings, following individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA

• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs

• Collect and record accurate session data and complete detailed progress notes

• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and caregivers to support client progress

• Create a fun, engaging, and supportive therapeutic environment

For RBTs:

• Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

For BTs:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in a related field preferred

• Willingness to complete RBT certification (company support may be available)

For All Candidates:

• Ability and willingness to support clients with daily living and behavioral needs

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire
