Production Control Representative - Aerospace Manufacturing

We are a AS9100-certified aerospace manufacturer in Tempe, AZ, hiring a Production Control Representative who knows what it means to keep a regulated shop floor running. If you've lived inside an AS9100 quality system and understand why traceability isn't optional, we want to talk.

What You'll Do

• Release and manage work orders, production schedules, and shipment priorities in an AS9100-registered environment
• Maintain full material and part traceability from receiving through shipment - certs, lot numbers, and records included
• Track WIP, material availability, and production progress against customer delivery requirements
• Coordinate across production, engineering, quality, and supply chain to resolve shortages and schedule conflicts
• Expedite materials with suppliers while maintaining compliant documentation
• Support ITAR compliance and internal/external audit readiness
• Drive OTD performance and contribute to production reporting

What You Bring

• 2+ years in aerospace or defense manufacturing (AS9100 regulated environment strongly preferred)
• Hands-on experience maintaining traceability records and supporting quality audits
• Familiarity with ITAR requirements and how they affect material control and recordkeeping
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems (Visual Manufacturing a plus)
• Strong Excel and Microsoft 365 skills
• Organized, detail-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
