Overview
We are partnering with a growing, family-oriented component manufacturer seeking an experienced Lead Truss Designer to support continued expansion. This is a strong opportunity for a senior-level designer who enjoys ownership, collaboration, and long-term stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design roof and floor truss systems for residential and multifamily projects

• Review layouts for accuracy, efficiency, and code compliance

• Collaborate with sales, production, and customers to resolve design challenges

• Support junior designers as needed

• Maintain turnaround times in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 8+ years of wood truss design experience

• Proficiency in MiTek or Alpine software

• Strong background in residential and multifamily work

• Prior remote work experience preferred

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Leadership or lead designer experience strongly preferred
