Customer Service Representative (Onsite)

Location: Pompano Beach, FL (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time

Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour (DOE)

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, and online platforms.
• Process customer orders and provide order, pricing, and shipping updates.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records and order information.
• Work closely with Sales, Production, and Shipping teams.
• Learn and use company software and follow established procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and able to learn new software.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Reliable with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Experience in apparel, printing, e-commerce, promotional products, or order management is a plus.
