- Emergency Response: Rapidly respond to water damage from floods and leaks.
- Restoration: Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and sanitization.
- Material Removal: Remove damaged materials (carpet, drywall, flooring).
- Compliance: Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
- Schedule: Full-time (M-F, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) with on-call duties. Expect extended hours, evenings, and weekends during high demand. Bonuses for on-call, premium pay for extended hours
- Education: High school diploma/equivalent
- Experience: Proven water damage restoration or similar industry experience
- Technical Skills: Proficient with industry equipment and hand/power tools
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal skills and reliability.
- Physical: Able to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, work in confined spaces.
- Licensing: Valid driver's license, clean record, reliable transportation.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible and additional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
