Compensation and Schedule:

  • Pay Range: $20 - $30/hour

  • Part-Time

  • Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

  • Location: Hawkinsville

About the Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with our team, you'll have the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing treatment plans designed by a BCBA

  • Collecting and documenting data on client progress

  • Collaborating with families and team members to ensure client success

  • Maintaining a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions

Requirements:

  • Must have or be willing to obtain the 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred

  • Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required

  • Ability to pass background check

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
