HireCare Services is hiring compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy services for children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities throughout Charlotte, NC and surrounding communities.

This opportunity offers flexible part-time and full-time schedules, hands-on clinical experience, and supportive supervision from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Role Overview:

As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings under the supervision of a BCBA. You will support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills through structured teaching strategies and positive reinforcement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Collect and record accurate behavioral data during sessions

• Communicate progress and observations with your clinical team

• Complete timely session notes and documentation

• Build positive, professional relationships with clients and families

• Follow ethical ABA practices and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• RBT certification preferred but not required (training provided)

Schedule:

• Flexible part-time and full-time positions available

• After-school and afternoon hours (Monday–Friday)

• Optional weekend availability depending on client needs

• 15–25+ hours per week based on availability and caseload

Compensation:

• $21–$25 per hour
