Position Overview:
TheOrder Fulfilment Leadplaysan importantpartinserving ourfield and office personnelwith excellent customer serviceand teamworkwhile incorporating our core values of Safe, Accountable, Professional, Motivated, Can Do, and Curious. This positionis responsible forhandling a large volumeof ordersandvarietyof tools and equipment. TheOrder Fulfillment Leadoverseestheentire process for tool orders fromassistingwalk-ins,to trackingbackorders, to scheduling jobsite rentals.
These responsibilitiesgenerally describethe nature of the position and may not be all inclusive:
- Maintain a safe and clean work area.
- Leaddailytool orderoperations:
- Ensureorders arequickly and accurately completed
- Escalate any out-of-stockitemstoTool Support & Inventory Manager
- EnsureToolHoundhas been updated with issued items
- Ensureitems are safely and accurately stored
- Tool & Consumable inventory counts areaccurate
- New itemsare properly tagged (barcoded) and scanned intoToolHound
- Help with tool ordering, stock refilling, and special projects
- Assistwith data remediation and cleanup withinToolHound
- Maintains positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, Horwitzofficeand field employees.
- Collaborates on changes and implementation withToolHound, Ordering website, and other technology usedwithgreaterHorwitz Warehouse & Logistics team.
- AssistsWarehouseLeadershipon special projects or initiatives.
- Cultivate a fun and productive work environment.
- Assistwith other warehouse tasks as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Five years of customer service experience
Prior experience in warehouse, construction, order fulfillment, or tools/equipment rolesrequired
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, or construction equipment preferred
Physical Requirements:
Abilitytofrequentlylift upto 50 lbs.
Prolonged periods of standing
Frequent use of keyboard and computer mouse
Work both indoors and outdoors during all seasons
