Shift: Days
Pay: $21-$24 DOE
Abundant Solutions Claremore is currently seeking an experienced Bilingual Production Line Lead to oversee daily operations on a fast-paced production line. This role is ideal for someone who can lead a team, keep production on track, and communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support production line employees to meet daily goals
- Assign tasks and ensure proper staffing on the line
- Monitor production flow and minimize downtime
- Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed
- Perform quality checks to meet production standards
- Communicate clearly between supervisors and team members
- Translate instructions and expectations as needed (English/Spanish)
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production lead role
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Basic knowledge of safety and quality standards
- Reliable and team-oriented mindset
