Registered Nurse for Home Health

EXAR Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and provide in-home healthcare services in the Indianapolis area. This is a great opportunity for nurses who are passionate about patient-centered care and enjoy working independently while being supported by a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform in-home patient assessments and create individualized care plans

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals

Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and self-care

Document all patient interactions and clinical updates in a timely manner

Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of Indiana

At least 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health preferred)

Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

BLS certification (current)
