About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified RBT to join our team at Big Heart ABA Therapy. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy services to our clients in their homes. Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients in their homes
Implement behavioral skills training and reinforcement strategies to support client goals
Collaborate with BCBA supervisors to develop and implement treatment plans
Maintain accurate records of client progress and therapy sessions
Communicate with clients, families, and team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
Certified RBT with a minimum of 6 months of experience in the field (preferably as an RBT)
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes
Availability to work 10-15 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 4:30pm to 6:30pm
