Landscape Installation Crew

Job Summary:As landscape installation staff you'll be part of a hands-on team responsible for bringing landscape designs to life. You'll assist in installing plants, hardscapes, irrigation systems, lighting, and other landscape features. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating outdoor living spaces, has a strong work ethic, and wants to grow within the landscaping industry.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the installation of landscapes including sod, trees, shrubs, mulch, and planting bedsConstruct hardscapes such as patios, retaining walls, walkways, and outdoor living featuresOperate and maintain landscape tools and machinery (skid steers, trenchers, etc.)Load and unload materials and equipment dailyFollow site plans and instructions from crew leaders and supervisorsMaintain a clean and safe worksiteWork in a variety of outdoor weather conditionsQualifications:Valid driver's license, required.Previous landscaping or construction experience preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasksStrong attention to detail and ability to follow directionsPositive, team mindset, and strong work ethic We Offer:Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)Opportunity for advancement and skills developmentOn-the-job trainingHealth benefitsSchedule:Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (hours may vary seasonally)About the CompanyLandscape Consultants is a premier landscaping company providing superior craftsmanship and high-quality materials.
