Job Summary:
At Yes ABA Therapy, we empower families and individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities to achieve their full potential. As a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy services in La Plata, NM.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision
Conduct data collection and progress tracking during sessions
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
Support positive behavior change and skill development
Qualifications:
Current RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Experience in ABA therapy, behavioral health, or special education a plus
Knowledge of behavior management and intervention techniques
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team
Work Environment:
Competitive hourly compensation: $29 - $35/hour
