As our Rehabilitation Counselor, you will be responsible for overseeing the rehabilitation experts working within your department, including handling the scheduling of staff, hiring and training new employees, and mentoring existing staff. You will also create and deliver reports on the status of patients and rehabilitation successes, review and update procedures and processes or implement new processes following established best practices. The ideal candidate has previous experience in both management and rehabilitation, has strong communication and interpersonal skills, and truly enjoys helping others live their best lives.

Responsibilities
- Rehabilitation staff
- Handle CLIENT caseloads
- Create reports on the department and its effectiveness, and present these reports to management and other stakeholders
- Audit existing processes, and implement new processes to provide the best care possible
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Previous experience with rehabilitation or equivalent field desired
- Previous management experience desired
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, caring attitude towards all patients
