Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education in a healthcare-related field preferred
Previous experience in home care or a related field; training in caregiving techniques and best practices a plus
Possess a strong understanding of client-centered care principles and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure seamless delivery of care services
Possess excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals
