Position Summary

Excelcare at Lewes is seeking a reliable and compassionate Full-Time Dietary Aide to join our Food Services Department. This role is essential in helping us provide nutritious meals and excellent service to our residents in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and meal service

• Serve meals according to dietary guidelines and portion standards

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas

• Follow food safety and infection control protocols

• Interact respectfully and kindly with residents and staff

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

• Dependable, punctual, and compassionate

Schedule

• Full-time hours
