A day in the life

Picture your morning walk-through on the dock: you power up the inventory system, scan inbound pallets, and spot-check cartons to confirm counts and quality. By mid-morning, you’re prepping outbound orders—packing securely to our standards, labeling accurately, and staging for carrier pickup. In the afternoon, you’re coordinating with vendors and carriers to ensure on-time arrivals and departures, tidying the bay so traffic flows safely, and running inventory counts to keep our records precise. Throughout the day, you stay in sync with a tight-knit team in a fast-paced environment, keeping our operation running smoothly.

What you’ll do

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Prepare and package outbound orders according to company standards.
• Keep inventory records up to date in our database and perform cycle counts.
• Coordinate with vendors and carriers to hit delivery and pickup timelines.
• Organize and maintain the shipping/receiving area for efficiency and safety.
• Report inventory discrepancies and help resolve them promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, compliant workspace.

What you’ll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
• Ability to lift heavy packages and operate common warehouse equipment.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with inventory management systems.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
