Commercial Construction Superintendent | Las Vegas, NV

Nexeo Staffing is seeking an experienced construction leader for a growing commercial construction company specializing in tenant improvements, commercial remodels, facility maintenance, retail construction, restaurant buildouts, office renovations, and ground-up commercial projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Foreman, Lead Carpenter, Assistant Superintendent, or Superintendent looking to take ownership of commercial construction projects and lead field operations from start to finish.

If you have experience coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, solving jobsite challenges, and delivering high-quality commercial construction projects, we'd like to speak with you.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily commercial construction operations

• Coordinate subcontractors and trade partners

• Maintain project schedules and project milestones

• Ensure safety compliance and jobsite organization

• Conduct quality inspections and resolve field issues

• Coordinate inspections and material deliveries

• Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and owners

• Complete daily reports and project documentation

• Retail Construction

• Restaurants

• Coffee Shops

• Convenience Stores

• Commercial Renovations

• Ground-Up Construction

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience

• Experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Foreman, Lead Carpenter, or Field Supervisor

• Blueprint reading and project coordination experience

• Knowledge of commercial building codes and inspections

• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills

• OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety

• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project timelines

Pay

$70,000 - $79,000 per year

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
