LEAD Weekend-Direct Support Professional (DSP) position requires flexibility around the clock on weekends. This is a leadership position with experience as a Lead or house manager. This position helps people with disabilities live independently and participate in their communities. DSPs provide care, support, and companionship to people with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities. Lead will step in at any time the houses need cover on weekends only.
