Schedule: Monday–Friday | Overtime Available
Lead Residential Concrete Projects with a Team That Takes Pride in Quality
We're looking for a skilled Concrete Foreman to lead residential concrete crews and oversee projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building high-quality work, mentoring a team, and keeping projects running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise residential concrete crews
- Plan daily work and keep projects on schedule
- Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and job site logistics
- Oversee forming, rebar installation, pouring, finishing, and curing
- Maintain high standards for craftsmanship and job quality
- Communicate with homeowners, inspectors, subcontractors, and office staff
- Train and mentor crew members
- Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience leading concrete crews or serving as a foreman
- Strong knowledge of residential concrete construction, including flatwork, forming, finishing, and decorative concrete
- Ability to read plans, solve problems, and make sound decisions on the job
- Experience operating construction equipment is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
