What You’ll Do

As a Dental Hygienist, you’ll provide comprehensive preventive care while helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their oral health. Responsibilities include:

• Perform patient screenings, including health history review, oral cancer screenings, head and neck assessments, dental charting, and vital signs
• Take digital radiographs
• Provide thorough dental prophylaxis using Cavitron and Prophy Jet
• Apply preventive treatments such as fluoride and sealants
• Take dental impressions for study casts
• Perform periodontal charting and assess hard and soft tissue
• Document existing restorations, decay, periodontal findings, and recommended treatment
• Educate patients on effective brushing, flossing, nutrition, and overall oral health
• Recommend and dispense appropriate oral hygiene products
• Follow established protocols for infection control, biohazards, quality assurance, referrals, implants, periodontal care, and emergency treatment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile treatment environment
• Help patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care

What We’re Looking For

• Active Georgia RDH license
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Previous dental hygiene experience
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Commitment to providing high-quality care
