We've been locally owned and operated for over 35 years.Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Underground Wet Utility Foreman to lead field crews in the installation of wet utility systems, including water, sewer, and storm drain. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong knowledge of underground construction, safety practices, and project coordination.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily activities of crewRead and interpret plans, blueprints, and specificationsEnsure work is completed on schedule and within project scopeEnforce safety standards and company policies on-siteCoordinate with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractorsOperate equipment as needed and assist crew when requiredMonitor materials, equipment, and labor usageConduct site safety meetings and maintain daily reportsQualifications:Experience in underground wet utilities (water, sewer, storm drain)Proven experience as a foreman or crew leadStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret construction drawingsKnowledge of OSHA safety regulationsValid driver's licensePreferred Skills:Experience with trenching, shoring, and pipe installationEquipment operation (backhoes, excavators, loaders, etc.)Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesCompensation & Benefits:Competitive weekly salary based on experienceHealth, dental insurancePaid time offRetirement program with 100% matchOpportunities for advancementCompany TruckCall 480-804-1660 with questions or come apply in person at North Star Pipelines!Also hiring Pipelayers and Laborers
