Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) show up ready to help kids develop new skills through practice, patience, and play. Are you someone that leads with empathy, can make a game up on the spot, and just as easily follow a child’s lead?

What you’ll doWork & play 1-on-1 with kids on the autism spectrum in-home, in-school, or in-center
Use play, observation, patience, and ABA therapy to teach kids life skills

What you'll need
A heart for helping kids
A calm, steady presence
Eagerness & energy to play
Curiosity and a willingness to improve your skills
Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
1 year of previous experience in ABA therapy.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Part-time. If you want Full-Time, we can get you there!
Our center is open Mon – Fri 8:00 AM to 4 PM
In-home or in-school schedules available. Hours are case by case.
