Are you a BCBA ready to step into a leadership role while staying connected to clinical work?

Camen Behavioral Services is seeking a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Kissimmee Clinic. This is a clinic-based leadership position where you will support day-to-day operations, provide on-floor clinical guidance, and mentor your team.

This role reports directly to the Clinical Director and plays a key part in maintaining a strong, supportive, and high-quality clinical environment.

???? About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position combining clinical excellence with team and clinic support.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting daily clinic flow and structure
  • Providing real-time, on-floor support to RBTs and staff
  • Assisting with opening and closing responsibilities
  • Reporting directly to the Clinical Director on clinic needs, staffing, and overall operations

???? What We’re Looking For

→ Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
→ Active BCBA certification
→ Strong clinical experience in a clinic setting
→ Confidence supporting and guiding a team in real time
→ Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
→ Ability to balance clinical and operational responsibilities

???? ResponsibilitiesClinical

→ Conduct FBAs and oversee development of BIPs
→ Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans using data
→ Ensure treatment integrity and clinical quality

Team Support

→ Supervise and support RBTs and clinical staff
→ Provide ongoing feedback, training, and mentorship
→ Support onboarding and development of new team members

Leadership & Operations

→ Support daily clinic operations and flow
→ Provide on-floor guidance and problem-solving
→ Assist with opening and closing the clinic
→ Report directly to the Clinical Director on clinic needs, staffing, and overall operations

Administrative

→ Maintain accurate and timely documentation
→ Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards
→ Communicate with families and team members as needed
