As a Behavioral Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our young clients on their journey to realizing their full potential. Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home settings, implementing treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
Utilize ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and natural environment teaching (NET) to support skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic domains.
Collect accurate data on client progress during every session and submit same-day SOAP notes.
Collaborate and maintain clear communication with BCBAs, families, and team members.
Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA, adhering to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs only and company policies.
Participate in ongoing training and supervision as required.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Daycare or classroom experience required.
Must be willing to work a PART-TIME schedule, Monday to Friday, 10:30am to 4:30pm.
