As a Clinical Coordinator Dental Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our practice runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with our team to deliver outstanding patient care, focusing on education and personalized service.

Compensation:

$26 -$31 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily clinical operations to ensure seamless patient flow and exceptional care.

  • Assist dentists during procedures, ensuring adequate setup and armamentarium.

  • Assist dentists during routine, restorative, surgical, cosmetic, and facial esthetic appointments.

  • Educate patients on oral health practices and post-treatment care to enhance their dental wellness.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring all clinical supplies are stocked and organized.

  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement patient care plans tailored to individual needs.

  • Facilitate communication between patients and dental professionals to ensure clarity and satisfaction with services provided.

  • Learn about/aid providers during platelet-rich fibrin and CO2 laser procedures.

  • Practice-sponsored phlebotomy training is a possibility for the right candidate.


Qualifications:
  • Experience in dental assisting, with a focus on clinical coordination, to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Ability to assist dentists during procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
  • Proven track record of maintaining a clean, organized, and sterile environment to uphold patient safety standards.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene.
  • Experience in collaborating with administrative teams to efficiently schedule appointments and manage patient records.
  • Ability to lead inventory management by ordering supplies and tracking usage to prevent shortages.
  • Commitment to supporting team training and development initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
