- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Comfortable working nights, weekends, and on-call schedules
- Ability to use smartphones, GPS, and dispatch software
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Recover assigned collateral safely and professionally
- Operate a wheel lift tow truck safely and efficiently
- Communicate with dispatch throughout your shift
- Complete recovery documentation accurately
- Perform vehicle condition reports
- Maintain company vehicles and equipment
- Follow all company policies and applicable state laws
