HireCare Services is hiring compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy services for children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities in Manassas, VA and surrounding communities.

This is a flexible opportunity with part-time and full-time positions available, ideal for individuals seeking meaningful work, clinical experience, and long-term growth in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

What You’ll Do as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT):

As a Behavior Technician, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a home setting under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will help children build essential life skills through structured teaching and positive reinforcement.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans

  • Provide direct therapy in home and community settings

  • Collect and record accurate session data

  • Communicate progress and observations with your BCBA team

  • Complete timely and detailed session notes

  • Build positive, professional relationships with clients and families

What We’re Looking For:
  • Active RBT certification OR willingness to obtain certification (training provided)

  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

  • Strong communication, patience, and professionalism

  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Schedule:
  • Part-time and full-time positions available

  • Afternoon and after-school hours (Monday–Friday)

  • Optional weekend availability based on client needs

  • 15–25+ hours per week depending on availability

Compensation:
  • $23–$29 per hour
