Dental Hygienist - Sycamore Hills Dentistry

Pay: $40+/hour + production bonus (based on individual production performance)
Schedule: 4 or 5 days/week | 36–40 hours
Status: Full-Time (potential Part-Time options available)

As a Dental Hygienist, you are the primary preventive provider—helping patients understand their health, feel cared for, and take ownership of their long-term oral wellness.


What You’ll Do

  • Provide preventive and periodontal care (prophy, SRP, etc.)
  • Perform thorough periodontal assessments and oral cancer screenings
  • Take and evaluate radiographs
  • Educate patients on oral health, hygiene, and long-term care
  • Identify and communicate treatment needs to patients and doctors
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
  • Support a smooth, productive hygiene schedule
  • Collaborate closely with doctors, assistants, and front office team

Required:

  • Associate’s Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program
  • Current state dental hygiene license
  • Current CPR Certification

Preferred:

  • Prior dental hygiene experience
  • Local anesthesia or additional certifications (where applicable)
