Job Summary

In this role, you’ll help customers choose the right State Farm insurance products by building relationships, speaking with prospects, and clearly explaining coverage options.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and work leads to schedule and conduct insurance conversations/appointments
• Present and explain State Farm insurance options to customers
• Help customers with quotes, policy selection, and coverage questions
• Follow up to build long-term customer relationships
• Meet sales and activity goals
• Maintain accurate records and follow agency processes
• Provide excellent customer service

Licensing
